Four ANC Presidents of South Africa in one photograph – but where did it come from?

This photographs showing Nelson Mandela, Jacob Zuma, Thabo Mbeki and Cyril Ramaphosa, all looking rather jolly and relaxed is lovely. But who took it? And when was it taken?

Clearly it must have been after Mandela was released on 11 February 1990, but what was the occasion that was being celebrated?

And – for my non-South African friends – who is the ANC President of South Africa who is not in this photograph?
