De conferentie is conform besluit van gisterenavond nog steeds verboden, met de organisatie en Koningshof kijken we nu naar werkbare oplossingen voor de situatie van de op dit moment aanwezige gasten. De organisatie heeft aangegeven het niet eens te zijn met het besluit om de conferentie stop te zetten. Dit hebben zij vrijdagochtend bekrachtigd door een kort geding aan te spannen tegen het besluit. We hebben van dit kort geding kennis genomen en gaan dit nu voorbereiden.

Preliminary injunction

The conference is in line with the decision, made yesterday evening, still prohibited. Together with the organization and Koningshof, we are looking at workable solutions to the situation of the guests, present at this time. The organization has indicated it does not agree with the decision to stop the conference. This they have ratified Friday morning by filing a lawsuit against the decision, a so called Preliminary injunction. We have noted this fact  and start preparing now.
